Many Texans continue to struggle with the effects of the recent weather that brought our cities to a standstill just two weeks ago. Even though the recent weather has improved, many still need our help returning to their normal lives.
At Certain Affinity, we have been looking for ways to extend our support locally. Access to food and water is still a challenge for some. This is on top of stressors already endured as a result of the pandemic.
With that in mind, today we are launching a fundraiser through Amplify ATX supporting the Central Texas Food Bank. The CTFB works with food donors across the country, financial supporters, and volunteers to fill unmet needs in Central Texas. This commitment from private, government and charitable partners has allowed them to bring 39 million meals to our community last year, feeding families and local nonprofits that turn to the CTFB for help. Through generous donors, they have served 46,000 people in need each week. We invite all of you to join us in this effort to raise money for people in Central Texas and this great organization.
