CA works hard to provide employees with a competitive and comprehensive benefits package to allow employees to select what works best for their lifestyle. CA offers 3 PPO Medical options, 2 dental plans and a vision plan with very low or no premium cost to employee. If an employee chooses to they can add dependents, including domestic partners, with 50% of the premium covered by the employee. In addition to that CA makes sure employees have every chance to keep costs down by offering a variety of tax saving vehicles such as a Health Savings Account or a Flex Plan for Medical and/or Dependent Care.

CA also has coverage for Life and Disability as well as gives access to employees to purchase voluntary products such as Short Term Disability, additional Life Insurance, ID Theft Protection and Legal Services.

CA offers a 401k plan managed by Fidelity that has a company match of 50% for every dollar contributed up to 6%. CA also offers free of charge access to onsite and online advice regarding investing in your 401k to best set the employee up for success in reaching their retirement goals.

CA also believes in giving back to employees for the work they contributed to the studio. Some of the ways we give back is via employee profit sharing bonuses & phantom stock unit awards, which awards phantom stock units to employees upon completion of their first year.

In addition to Health and Financial benefits we offer a comprehensive set of benefits to help employees have work life balance, which includes time off to relax and recharge. Paid Time Off, Baby Bonding Time, time off for pregnancy, disability recovery time, and even Extreme Illness & Accident are some of the many programs that we have.  We also offer 12 paid holidays a year, including the week between Christmas and New Year’s, when the studio shuts down. Our Employee Assistance Plan is free of charge to employees and their household members. Employees who have been at CA for 6 months or longer are eligible to be reimbursed up to $1,000/year for qualified training and professional development. CA provides a studio that is centrally located, has free parking and great amenities which help make CA a great place to be. We have an onsite gym, showers and lockers, secure bike storage, a beautiful kitchen where employees can congregate, and an outside patio.  We also have various food trucks that come right to our doorstep weekly to offer more variety to our week. We offer a Wellness room for napping or a private place for nursing mothers.
