Certain Affinity is looking for a passionate and talented senior recruiter with expertise in recruiting for AAA game development studios. The ideal candidate will have extensive professional experience recruiting across a variety of gaming disciplines. As a senior recruiter, this person will be responsible for sourcing candidates and managing job openings across multiple disciplines. Responsibilities include owning and operating our recruiting database, proactively identifying and contacting potential talent and handling all internal and external referrals in a timely fashion. He or she must be extremely detail-oriented, be a skilled conversationalist, and possess superb organizational skills and follow-through. This candidate will be required to work closely with hiring managers to define and qualify position requirements, generate and post job descriptions, and implement proactive recruitment strategies. Finally, the ideal candidate must be able to orchestrate travel and schedule all points of contact with candidates while maintaining immaculate documentation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years hands-on recruiting experience, at least 3 of which are focused on the gaming industry
• Proven track record of proactively sourcing and hiring candidates across multiple gaming disciplines
• Ability to maintain extreme confidentiality
• Expert multi-tasking and time-management skills
• Ability to exercise sound independent judgment and discretion
• Highly polished professional demeanor
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with particularly strong Excel skills
• Deep industry connections and networks
• Ability to offer well-founded advice on compensation and recruiting strategies
