Production Manager
Certain Affinity is looking for a mutli-talented individual to manage our projects, partners, and world class talent.
Production Managers at Certain Affinity guide teams to deliver high-quality results aligned with the studio and partner’s goals while promoting an open collaborative environment. From tasks management, project planning, team management, and forecasting, you’ll be responsible for running every aspect of a project while building strong relationships with external partners.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of game industry experience
- Shipped multiple titles as the clear leadership of the project
- Managed a team of larger than ten people
- Managed two or more projects simultaneously
- Worked on multiple titles from cradle to grave
- Have managed communications with several internal departments and external stakeholders
- Engaged in active Risk Management, Scope Management, Budget Management and Team Management
- Works well within a highly collaborative environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
Extra Credit:
- Experience working with external partners such as contractors, art outsourcing, localization outsourcing, etc.
- Experience establishing project process
- Business Development experience with relationship building, regular communication flow, setting expectations, forecasting, budgeting, etc.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with traditional project management methodologies
- Worked with Xbox 360 console, or other consoles
- Experience with Twiki
