Over 1 Million Answer the Call of Duty in Just Four Days

Monday, June 22nd, 2009

Continuing Certain Affinity’s ongoing partnership with Activision and Treyarch, we released Map Pack 2 for Call of Duty: World at War on June 11 for the Xbox 360 and PS3. Four days later it surpassed a million downloads. Map Pack 2 includes the decaying industrial bottlenecks of Corrosion, the frenetic run n’ gun action of Sub Pens (the first ever multiplayer map using weather effects to alter a player’s visibility), and the contrast of nature’s beauty and war’s destruction in Banzai. “This gorgeous, jungle-themed map, [Banzai], is openly acknowledged by developer Treyarch as the most beautiful map in World at War, and for good reason,”-Ryan Treit, Xbox.com

If you don’t get get this new map pack from the Xbox LIVE Marketplace or the PlayStation Store, your gaming diet is going to be sorely lacking in Vitamin Kick Ass.
