    Certain Affinity’s Renaissance Men March 1st, 2010

    Not only do we make world class games, but some Certain Affinity staff members are also literary gods… OK, gods might be a bit much, so we’ll just say that they are demigods or lesser deities. Tim Field’s book, Distributed Game Development, about harnessing the power of collaborative groups to create games, was just recently published and CA’s own Dave Prout had his article, “A Closer Look at Crunch,” posted on Gamasutra.


    Call of Duty: World at War Map Packs Top Sales in 2009 January 22nd, 2010

    Call of Duty: World at War Map Packs 2 and 3, co-developed by Certain Affinity, ranked in the top three North American downloads in 2009 for the PlayStation Network. Released in June, Map Park 2 sold over one million copies in just four days. In August, Certain Affinity released Map Pack 3, which sold over one million copies in its first weekend.
